By registering below, you are agreeing to the fee schedule as follows:
For current full-time employees, your bi-weekly paycheck will be automatically debited $5 per pay period. After registering, you will receive a call from the benefit office to securely obtain your SSN in order to finalize your membership. To cancel your membership at any time, contact the Benefit Association office at (661) 391-7618.
For retired full-time employees, dues are billed annually at $130/year. You will receive an invoice and can remit payment via cash, check or credit card by phone or in person at the Benefit Association office.
After 25 years as a Benefit Association member, your dues are waived and you are a free member for life!
